L'ordinateur Thor VM3 offre des fonctionnalités de pointe conçues pour éliminer les temps d'arrêt et optimiser l'investissement. La fonction ‘’Dock’’ intelligente offre des économies immédiates au niveau du support et de la maintenance, tout en optimisant l'efficacité et en permettant aux utilisateurs de déplacer dynamiquement des ordinateurs d’un véhicules à l’autre selon les charges de travail.
L'ordinateur Thor VM3 prend en charge plusieurs systèmes d'exploitation basés sur Windows (dont Windows 10). Avec une mémoire extensible jusqu'à 4 Go de RAM et 64 Go de disque dur, l'ordinateur Thor VM3 peut exécuter des programmes et des applications puissantes afin de maximiser l'efficacité des activités telles que le chargement des camions, entrée en stock et de réapprovisionnement.
Que ce soit à l'intérieur, à l'extérieur, dans un entrepôt, ou dans les installations intermodales, l'ordinateur Thor VM3 permet aux entreprises de choisir les options nécessaires pour optimiser l'efficacité dans les environnements les plus exigeants. L'ordinateur Thor VM3 dispose d’un écran tactile résistif standard ou en option un écran tactile capacitif pour les applications multi-touch ; une option radio WWAN qui permet une utilisation pour des opérations extérieures étendues où un réseau Wi-Fi ne peut être déployé. L'ordinateur Thor VM3 est construit pour résister à des températures extrêmes et supporte un dégivreur d'écran en option pour le stockage dans les environnements froid et de congélation, ou encore un affichage extérieur lumineux pour les opérations en plein soleil.
